The GRINDER by ORIGINAL BOOTCAMP

 

ORIGINAL BOOTCAMP's highly anticipated GRINDER program has been created by leading Tactical Strength & Conditioning expert 'Chief' Brabon to achieve Maximum Results, in the minimum amount of time.

The program has been scientifically designed to achieve dramatic improvements in strength, speed, agility, endurance and overall athleticism while increasing muscle tone, and rapidly reducing body fat.

No other program will shape your body faster than the GRINDER. 

This cutting edge program achieves this by turning your body into a fat burning furnace. Each 30min session (5min warm-up - 20mins training - 5min cool-down/ stretch) will reach the same level of metabolic fat burning as over 4 hours of conventional cardio-vascular training. Add to this the muscle sculpting benefits of high intensity resistance training, and your friends will be begging to know your secret to achieving such a slim, strong, and toned physique.

The GRINDER incorporates cutting edge training methods that Chief has had the honor of learning from, and introducing to, Special Forces, Special Operations and Tactical Response Operators from right around the world, including:

Each GRINDER session has been designed to offer three seperate levels of intensity, based on both the individuals physical ability and their training experience.

NOTE: Though the GRINDER caters to a wide range of fitness levels, it is

by no-means easy. The sessions are designed to be extremely challenging, in order to trigger the physiological processes required to achieve such rapid results. If your are not prepared to be pushed beyond your comfort zone, this program definitely isn't for you. But if you are willing to put in the effort, and seriously committed to achieving your health & fitness goals,

NUMBER ARE STRICTLY LIMITED, as all GRINDER programs are limited to 32 participants maximum, and a 1 to 16 Instructor to participant ratio is maintained at all times.
