ORIGINALBOOTCAMP - Castle Hill  has been in operation for 3 years delivering a great outdoor military style group fitness program to recruits from the public, emergency services, sporting teams, corporate and local schools; we pride our self on creating a strong team atmosphere that uses disciplined yet motivational strategies to ensure your success in reaching your personal goals.

LOCATION

Our Castle Hill program is nestled in the heart of the Hills District, all sessions utilise Castle Hill’s picturesque ovals, parks & of course what the area is famous for Hills. The meeting point is at C2K Fitness Centre which provides hotel style amenities for your convenience.

ORIGINALBOOTCAMP Castle Hill is linked to C2K Fitness & Aquatic centre; this centre provides many fitness services including Resistance, Cardio, Group Fitness, Personal Training, Physiotherapy and Gymnastics. The Original Boot camp program is a very popular program at C2K and is proud to have assisted C2K Fitness Centre in winning the Large Fitness Centre of the year in 2007 and 2008 from Fitness Australia.

INSTRUCTOR TEAM

Seargent Simon Bungate
Program Co-ordinator / Lead Instructor  

Simon has been the lead Boot Camp instructor at Castle Hills Dawn and Dusk corps program for over 5 years, also delivered TACTICALADVANTAGE programs to both professional and amateur sporting groups well as emergency services training during this time.

Simon Personal Training background has gained him experience in training all levels of clients from De-conditioned rehabilitation to National level athletes, he presently holds the PT Co-ordinator role at C2K fitness Centre; where he manages and trains over 25 personal trainers who complete around 300 sessions per week. C2K Personal Training department is currently regarded as one of the most successful in the country. Winning Fitness Centre of the year 2007/2008.

Simon’s own fitness experience including playing professional Rugby League and Rugby Union and continuing to be involved as a fitness trainer has taught him the commitment and dedication required to reach optimum fitness.

These experiences combined has developed the ability for Simon to create varied and dynamic programs that are equally challenging to all fitness levels, Simon takes great pride in seeing recruits achieve results they never believed possible.

Corporal Alicia Channells
Support Instructor

Alicia is a Senior trainer for C2K and currently completes 20 Personal Training sessions, and over 10 Boot Camp and group classes a week.
 
Alicia helped to establish the ORIGINAL BOOTCAMP program at C2K 3 years ago and is extremely dedicated to her recruits, making sure they settle in and become apart of the group morale and dynamics that our boot camp has created over the past 3 years.

 

Alicia also instructs ORIGINAL BOOTCAMP programs for C2k that run off site or for special sporting teams, school groups and organisations, police force and corporate groups.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Cert III and IV in Fitness
  • Studying Diploma in Fitness
  • Certificate IV in Massage
  • Certified Level I Boot Camp Instructor
  • Certified Level I SEALPups Instructor
  • Certified Level I TACTICALADVANTAGE Instructor
  • Certified Boxing, aqua, cycle and TRX Instructor
 

With certifications in Tactical Strength®, Cross Fit®, Battling Ropes® and Kettlebell training, Em has had the honor of training shoulder to shoulder with numerous members of the United States' elite Special Forces and Special Operations units, often being the only female invited to attend such prestigious programs. Known for her ough Love approach, Em has inspired literally thousands of couch potatoes to push  peyond the excuses, and reach their health & fitness
